Tips
- Read ITC's six published values and back one or two with a real story; Trusteeship and Entrepreneurial Mindset stand out.
- Know ITC's spread of businesses (FMCG, paperboards and packaging, agri business, IT) and a few of its food and personal care brands.
- For marketing cases, think about general trade: kirana stores, distributors and rural reach, not just e-commerce.
- Expect depth on your CV: be ready to explain every project, leadership role and choice you've listed.
- Engineering candidates should revise core subjects and basic manufacturing concepts for technical roles.
Practise it out loud
A mock interview asks the way ITC's interviewers are known to, follows up on your answers and gives you a report. The warm-up is free, needs no account and checks five of these questions as you answer.
