About the role

We are hiring a Senior React Developer to build and maintain the front end of our web products. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru: you will work from our office part of the week and from home the rest. You will own significant parts of the React codebase and help shape how the front end is built.

What you'll do

  • Build, test and ship user-facing features in React.
  • Take ownership of front-end architecture and component design.
  • Review code and help raise the quality of the team's work.
  • Work closely with designers, backend engineers and product to turn requirements into working software.
  • Debug and improve performance, accessibility and reliability of the front end.
  • Mentor less experienced developers and share good practice.

What you need

  • 5+ years of professional experience building web applications.
  • Strong, hands-on React experience.
  • Solid JavaScript skills and a good understanding of modern front-end tooling.
  • Experience working in a team with code review and shared standards.
  • Ability to work from Bengaluru on a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience with front-end testing.
